The room quality did not meet my expectations.

Our stay at Westgate Las Vegas Resort And Casino was fantastic! The Luxe Room was spacious and beautifully designed, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Having the monorail right by the hotel was super convenient for exploring the Strip.
The elevators took a bit longer than expected at times.

The dining options at Westgate hit the jackpot! Benihana delivered an extraordinary culinary experience that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the location couldn't be beat—right by the monorail, making it a breeze to zip around the Strip like a local.
Unfortunately, my stay was tinged with some hiccups. The neighbor's late-night argument was like a bad movie playing too loud, and guest services barely hit pause, leaving my family a bit rattled.

The size of the room was great, plenty of space for all my stuff. I loved the Superbook, it was massive and really made me feel like I was in the big leagues.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but I’d say it was still acceptable.

The Westgate provided an excellent workspace, with efficient high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped business center that facilitated my meetings. The staff were professional and responsive to any inquiries I had during my stay. Additionally, the dining options exceeded expectations, particularly the Fresh Buffet with a great selection and attentive service.
Some amenities were outdated, and I encountered minor issues with room maintenance.

The Westgate offers a mixed experience. While the staff, particularly the concierge, were impressive and attentive, the noise from the elevators was bothersome, and basic amenities like a coffee maker were absent. Overall, the service stood out, even if the room didn't fully meet expectations.

Clean room, convenient location, with a friendly atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable, particularly appreciated the 24-hour reception and the availability of valet parking to help me explore easily during my visit.
Check-in process could be improved due to long wait times.

Staff were nice and attentive, making check-in smooth. The room provided a lovely mountain view, but it could use some updates, especially in cleanliness. Amenities varied, but I felt the resort fee was a bit unwarranted since I didn’t use any. Overall, a mixed experience.

The location was perfect, super close to the conference center! But the elevators were a nightmare, only one working and long waits. It really took away from the experience. 😩

The staff provided excellent assistance during my stay and even offered an upgrade when I had mixed up my room bookings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which made for a great night’s sleep.
The room was slightly dated compared to other areas of the resort.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11stunning viewcomfortable bednoisy neighbormissing coffee makercrowded casino
Conveniently located near the convention center, the spacious Luxe Room offered stunning views and a comfortable bed for a restful stay. The fast Wi-Fi was fantastic for work, and the 24/7 cafe provided late-night snacks. However, a noisy neighbor and the lack of in-room coffee-making facilities were minor drawbacks. The casino felt slightly cramped compared to larger options on the strip, leading to limited game choices during peak hours.
